WORDS Lindi Brownell Meiring
Based in The Netherlands, Teddy and Wool is a contemporary fibre art studio headed up by Rianne Zuijderduin.
While studying at Minerva Art Academy, Rianne would make small macramé pieces on the side. Now, she’s turned her passion into a successful business, creating expertly crafted pieces, from large wall hangings to plant hangers.
Pieces range from colourful geometric tapestries made using 100% cotton braided cord to simple hangings made with natural cotton cord.
