The collection comprises bold pieces handcrafted from moulded clay at Rialheim’s 200-year-old Robertson farm. The range aims to celebrate natural surroundings unique to African landscapes and the myriad cultures residing within them, while simultaneously alluding to show-stopping global trends.
For this collaboration, Rialheim’s Creative Director Rial Kloppers Visagie worked closely with @home’s senior product developers and trend specialists. The launch of this range marks Rialheim’s sixth birthday and their fourth collaboration with @home.
The result sees a harmonious balance between the creative team’s individual talents, glazing techniques, playful textures and muted colour choices.
The collection is made of up of three looks: scratched matte black with a bronze rim, scratched sky-grey with a bronze rim and black-and-white with an exposed nude clay rim.
